DESCRIPTION:
This cabinet probably dates from the early 18th century, and was inspired by earlier pieces. Its tree-of-life panel carvings are highlighted by a secondary ebonized coloration. The piece is in very good condition for its age, though the knobs are not original to the piece. The lower cabinet has been fitted with three tray drawers of more recent vintage.
