DESCRIPTION:
We constructed the mantel out of old pine and compo elements to tie into the existing antique mirror, measuring 45 1/2" x 70" in height, which dates from the very early 1800's. The mantel opening is 64" x 49" high and the faux stone surround is to simulate stone. The opening is for a modern firebox and the piece is in good condition with some wood movement, as would be expected.
